INCOE announces new global headquarters in Michigan

INCOE announces new global headquarters in Michigan

News 07.06.2017

INCOE Corporation USA is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with General Development Company for design and construction of a new 135,000 ft2 global headquarters facility to be located within Oakland Technology Park in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Currently headquartered in Troy, Michigan, INCOE’s total investment into this future facility will be in excess of $20 million and is planned to be operational by summer 2018.

The investment in Auburn Hills follows similar expansions for INCOE worldwide. In 2013, INCOE doubled their footprint at their Asian Headquarters location in Shanghai, China. Also, in Rödermark, Germany, INCOE constructed a new European Headquarters facility in 2014, which consolidated and expanded upon three separate facilities that were in previous use.

Like the European expansion in 2014, INCOE will now consolidate and expand operations from three separate locations in the Metro Detroit area into one fully-functional facility.

“An investment into expanding our footprint demonstrates INCOE’s commitment to be one of the leading Hot Runner System suppliers in the world,” stated Eric J. Seres Jr., President and CEO of INCOE Corporation. He continued, “Creating more office and manufacturing space will bring about operational efficiency gains needed to best serve our customers throughout North America and allow us to continue to be competitive in the global market for years to come.”
