Effective June this year, Imre Bocskor has been appointed Managing Director of the WITTMANN Group’s sales and service subsidiary in Budaörs, Hungary, which was established in 2015. Imre Bocskor succeeds Mr. Zsolt Rapolti who passed away unexpectedly in April of this year.
Following his graduation from Budapest Technical University as a chemical engineer specializing in plastics, and post-graduate studies in business administration at the DATE University in Budapest, Imre Bocskor gathered many years of experience in selling plastic materials at BASF Hungária and on the Management Board of Sanner Hungária, an injection molding company making products for the packaging industry. Since 2015, Imre Bocskor has held the position of Sales Engineer for Eastern Hungary at WITTMANN BATTENFELD.
Michael Wittmann, Managing Director and CEO of WITTMANN Kunststoffgeräte GmbH, and Siegfried Köhler, Sales Director of WITTMANN BATTENFELD, are pleased to have been able to secure the services of Imre Bocskor for the demanding task of managing the WITTMANN Group’s sales and service subsidiary in Hungary. Together with his team of 15 staff members, Imre Bocskor handles all aspects of customer relations, from sales and project planning to after sales service, repairs and spare parts supply in Hungary. Imre Bocskor has set himself the goal to continue the rapid growth of the WITTMANN Group in Hungary and stimulate it even further.
