Numerous new de - velopments and additions to existing product ranges, together with user-friendly tools, CAD features and digi - tal services were presented live at Fakuma 2021. Among the highlights were a new multicoupling system, which allows the central con - nection of cooling lines, an in - novative securing system for ejector assemblies that guar - antees damage-free trans - port of moulding tools, and a round locating unit that en - sures precise, offset-free cen - tering of injection moulding tools and mould inserts. The proven HASCO portfo - lio is rounded off by numer - ous additions to the compa - ny’s range of cooling devices and latch locking devices, with a variety of combination possibilities, plus around 170 additional ejector sizes. HASCO hot runner was showcasing the innovative Primezone H1281 range of control units, together with a new 4-fold control unit of the Basezone H1250 range. Both control units stand out through their intuitive op - eration, precise control and maximum production reli - ability. Another area of focus at the show was the innovative Streamrunner®. The world's first additively manufactured hot runner system on the market will in future also be available as a needle valve version. This could be seen on the HASCO stand in the form of a compact, fully balanced 20-fold system. Another inno - vation in the portfolio of nee - dle valve shutter technology was the flanged, pneumatic needle valve unit.
