The programme is based on an evaluation process ac - cording to international stan - dards, which is accompanied by Deloitte and comprises four central evaluation cri - teria: governance & finance, strategy, productivity & inno - vation, and culture & commit - ment. Based on the results of the analysis, a jury of inde - pendent experts determines which companies are award - ed the title of Austria's Best Managed Companies.
