On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the discovery of FCS multi-component molding technology, the Joint Technological Center of Multi-component Injection Machinery, jointly established by FCS Group and National Plastics Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, was inaugurated on July 29, 2019.

Guests invited to the opening ceremony were: Wei-feng Pan (Director of the CPC Committee Office of Jiangbei District, Ningbo), Yao Chao (Deputy Director of Taiwan Affairs Office of Jiangbei District, Ningbo), Hung-liang Lee (Deputy General Secretary of Jiangbei Industrial Zone, Ningbo), Tien -feng Chao (Director of Jiangbei Industrial Zone, Ningbo), Yi-ping Kuo (Director of National Plastics Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center), Hsien-tsao Lin (Manager of Fangyuan Group Co., Ltd.), and around 100 employees from FCS.
Chun-chieh Wang, President of FCS Ningbo Machinery Manufacture, observed in his speech that in 2019 FCS will manufacture an ultra-large horizontal rotary table two-platen four-color machine with a clamping force of 1,900 tons in Ningbo. In addition, GW-1600R, the 1,600-ton large two-panel two-color machine is also officially listed as one of the major technological projects of “Technology Innovation 2025” in Jiangbei District of Ningbo City. According to internal statistics, by the end of 2018, FCS had sold more than 4,500 units of multi-component IMM, and the accumulated sales had surpassed RMB 2.2 billion, of which large multi-component IMM with a clamping force of 700 tons or more had exceeded 200 units.

Yi-ping Kuo, Director of National Plastics Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, gave high credit in his speech to the strategic cooperation between FCS and the Center. She pointed out that both sides would adhere to the development philosophy of "openness, cooperation, and mutual benefit”, leverage their respective technical advantages and transform scientific results into productivity as soon as possible.

Faced with the intensified competition, only companies with professionalism and specialized competitive advantages can remain invincible. FCS has been focused on the market of multi-component IMM for 35 years, and has recently become the primary institution that formulates the Standard for China Plastic Machinery Association Group. This fully demonstrates that FCS's technical strength and sales performance in multi-component molding technology are not only greatly trusted by customers, but also widely recognized by peers.
FCS believes that cooperation with National Plastics Machinery Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center will make greater contributions to the development of multi-component molding technology in China.
