Inductive sensors are indispensable in injection and die-casting moulds and stamping tools. Contrary to the case for mechanical switches, they operate in contact-free mode and are thus wear-free.
The new HASCO proximity switches Z1472/... and Z1476/... for precise position monitoring during movement sequences and at end points make it possible to detect electrically conductive workpieces when they reach an electromagnetic alternating field. With their very good heat resistance, the switches are ideal for high-temperature applications.
In a stainless-steel housing that can be flush-mounted, the inductive proximity switches are well protected against environmental influences and are positioned so as to be shock and vibration-resistant. The wiring has short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection. Together with their contact-free mode of operation, this gives the HASCO proximity switches Z1472/... and Z1476/... a long service life. They permit wear-free process monitoring during production.
