By order dated November 1, 2022, the Darmstadt Local Court opened insolvency proceedings against the assets of ProTec Polymer Processing GmbH and appointed Dr. Jan Markus Plathner as insolvency administrator. ProTec's business operations were discontinued after production ceased on June 30, 2023.
