The Shenzhen subsidiary of Arburg held an exclusive reception for a highly positioned delegation from the company’s headquarters that included Renate Keinath, a Managing Partner, and Gerhard Böhm, the Managing Director Sales of Arburg. The event took place at Dongguan Guanlanhu Mission Hills resort. The party expressed gratitude to the team of Zhao Tong, Managing Director of Chinese organizations of the company, for their commitment, and to the guests that represented Arburg’s customers for their continual confidence. Tong’s team was given an anniversary figurine, and the audience enjoyed a show and a dinner that ended the festive evening.

Gerhard Böhm saluted the audience warmly and applauded the Arburg team for their jubilee year. “The fact that we are celebrating ‘10 years of Arburg Shenzhen’ today is thanks to our committed team here and especially also to our customers. Without their trust in Arburg and the successful cooperation over the past years, the subsidiary’s fantastic development would never have been possible,” said Böhm, adding that he sees there a confirmation of the value of continual investments by Arburg in the local market.

Renate Keinath, a Managing Partner of Arburg, endorsed Gerhard Böhm’s view in saying: “I'm extremely impressed with what our team here has achieved in recent years. On the occasion of this ten-year anniversary, we would like to honor the highly motivated and successful work of our subsidiary in Shenzhen with a very special gift.” She invited Zhao Tong and his personnel to join her onstage, where they received an anniversary figurine ‘10 years of Arburg Shenzhen’. Renate expressed her gratitude to the whole team for their steady commitment and earnest work for the benefit of Arburg and the families of the company’s owners, Keinath and Hehl.
Strong local team for Arburg in China
The guests could get an insight into the development of Arburg’s business unit in China from the discourse of Zhao Tong. “Our team at the Shenzhen subsidiary has doubled in size over the past two years and now counts around 30 employees,” said the Chinese Managing Director. “Thanks to close cooperation with the team in Shanghai, we offer our customers a first-class service, which we are expanding upon continuously.”
Exclusive awards for selected customers
Over the course of the event, Gerhard Böhm jointly with Tony Zhou, Managing Director of the Arburg’s unit in Shenzhen, and Andrea Carta, Overseas Sales Director of Arburg, named customers that received awards in various categories. Fuzhou Xiaoshenlong Watch Technology Research Co. got the Customer Award for the highest growth potential, Blue Metal Precision Industry (Dongguan) Ltd. the one for the greatest innovative strength, and MeHow Innovative Ltd. the prize for outstanding partnership. The guests were able to get an idea of the winners’ activities from the screened short videos.
The celebration continued with further performances and a demonstration of liquid silicone rubber (LSR) processing on ALLROUNDER Golden Edition hydraulic machines. A festive dinner concluded the evening.
