After nearly 20 years as part of Salzgitter AG, Klöckner DESMA Elastomertechnik has been part of the NMP Group since July 30, 2026. This marks the beginning of a new chapter for the company – with the strengths of a medium-sized business environment and a clear focus on the future.
At the same time, the stuff members at all five locations were informed about the change in ownership. The decision was made in accordance with the “best owner” principle and in close consultation with the works council.
DESMA is particularly pleased with the positive response from the employees. The trust and openness they have shown demonstrate that this step is viewed as a great opportunity for the company.
