HASCO is further expanding its hose range with the introduction of two new solutions for demanding temperature control processes. The PFA high-temperature hose and the PTFE corrugated hose enable reliable fluid conveyance, even under high thermal and mechanical stresses.

PFA high-temperature hose: Safe operation at high temperatures
The multi-layer PFA high-temperature hose Z8561/... combines high flexibility with a robust silicone coating. Its resistance to virtually all chemicals, together with its suitability for use with water, superheated steam, oil and air, ensures a high level of process reliability. With temperature resistance of up to +200°C and a reduced risk of burns, it also contributes to workplace safety. Different colour options facilitate the clear identification of temperature control circuits, whilst custom lengths can be pro-duced with ease.
Quick and easy configuration of custom hose systems
The range is complemented by PTFE corrugated hoses, which have been specially developed for applications with demanding flexibility and durability requirements. The corrugated inner liner provides a very small bend radius, enabling use in complex installation scenarios. At the same time, high resistance to abrasion and vibration, combined with excellent tear resistance, ensures a long service life. With an operating pressure of up to 125 bar, these hoses are also designed for demanding applications.
Quick and easy configuration of customised hose systems
The HASCO Hose Configurator significantly simplifies and accelerates the configuration of customised hose systems. Users can configure hoses and temperature control elements precisely to their requirements – from selecting the length through to choosing the appropriate connections. The web-based tool guides users step by step through the configuration process, creates hose systems ready for immediate use, and guarantees maximum process reliability.
