Rapid and reliable coupling of heating and cooling lines to moulds

Articles

The proven HASCO multiple shut-off couplings and nipples guarantee the rapid and reliable coupling of heating/cooling lines to injection moulds.

Z809HT Z819HT Presse

The new multiple coupling systems Z809HT/... and Z819HT/… have been added to the range especially for high-temperature applications. HASCO is setting optimum standards in process safety for applications using hot water or heating/cooling oil.

The couplings, which have high-temperature sealing rings for maximum loads, will permanently withstand water heating up to 160°C and oil heating up to 200°C. For heating with air, the limit is even higher at 250°C. This also allows an improved mould heating performance in injection moulds for demanding thermoplastics.

Offering virtually leak-free uncoupling, the couplings are available with M16x1.5 and G3/8 connection threads. As with all HASCO HT-parts, they are equipped with the familiar, distinctive orange ring to clearly distinguish them from the standard range.
