Gluco is now manufacturing machines for clean-room applications with Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection units. Using stainless steel coverings, approved lubricants chromed heating plates, pneumatic actuation in conjunction with mixer/metering systems the company is able to meet most clean-room molding specifications. Gluco is now offering these packages in its E, C, and P series.
Gluco is pursuing these applications due to high volume of customer requests. LSR machines have become a larger percentage of customer demand. Due to this demand the company feels the responsibility to provide our quality machines and service to both the food and drug industries.
