Recently, a new FB-280R two-colour injection moulding machine has been installed in Malanpur branch of Supreme Group. This branch will now have 7 IMMs.

After installation of the FB-R machine, the core team of the company inaugurated the new IMM by traditional Indian pray called “PUJA” to avoid any malfunctioning. All the important members of the company gathered near the machines to perform it.
When the praying ceremony was over, they broke the coconut for the long life of the machine and after all the rituals were finished, the sweets were distributed to all the members. The production test was carried out immediately after the inauguration. FB-280R produced the two-colour O-ring with the size of 75 mm and 110 mm in the 8-cavities mold.
Servo motor controlled FB-R rotary table was able shorten rotary time by more than 50%. It also protects the mold due to more stable rotary speed switch and accurate rotary positioning clamper. It supports product insertion function and offers three-component and four-component optional moulding flexibility to expand the scope of use.
