When heavy loads such as injection molds are being transported and installed, it is necessary to make use of attachment points (such as eye screws).

HASCO’s new and innovative rotatable eye screw Z725/... allows injection molds to be lifted and moved both simply and safely. Through its patented locking design, the eye screw can be attached and removed without need for any tools. The eye screw, which can be rotated through 360°, can be easily tightened by hand and aligned as required. The screw then permits maximum dynamic loading in all directions.
Since no additional tools are required, the eye screw Z725/… is ideal for applications requiring frequent attachment and removal – in a simple, agile, time-saving and cost-efficient manner.
The 100% crack-tested screw has chromium VI-free corrosion protection and thus guarantees maximum reliability and a long service life. Z725/… complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and offers a higher load-bearing capacity for the same thread size as per DIN 580.
The new, innovative HASCO load ring Z715 /... can similarly be rotated through 360° and ensures the highest safety standards when lifting and moving injection molds. A patented spring allows the shackle, which can be moved through 130°, to be reliably secured in any position. The load ring can thus support loads in all directions.
The screw of strength class 10.9 is 100% crack-tested, has chromium VI-free corrosion protection and is marked with its load-bearing capacity and thread size. The new load ring Z715/… similarly complies with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and, with its fourfold protection against fracture, is suitable for maximum dynamic loads.
Both the eye screw Z725/... and the load ring Z715/... are available from stock in sizes M8-M30.
