The versatile MULTILIFT V robotic system is being expanded to include a servo-electric rotary axis, ensuring even more flexible automation. This so-called A-axis is available as an option for MULTILIFT V 15 and 40 and can therefore be used on ALLROUNDERs in sizes 370 to 1120.

An additional axis of rotation is of particular interest in multi-component injection moulding, when the pre-moulded parts need to be turned over in the mould. The servo-electric drive ensures high-speed, precision handling with short intervention times.
Thanks to the additional rotary axis the parts can, following removal from the mould, be set down quickly and accurately in the required position on conveyor belts or transported to downstream processing stations.
