A retrofittable version of ARBURG's servo-electric INTEGRALPICKER V is now available for the reliable removal of sprues with a high degree of repeat accuracy. Thanks to the dedicated external SELOGICA control system, this can be extremely flexibly used on various ALLROUNDER injection moulding machines.
Performance data and axis lengths of the new INTEGRALPICKER V version are identical to the previous ones. It can be used on size 270 to 570 ALLROUNDERs from model year 2000. A prerequisite is the EUROMAP 67 robotic interface. During retrofitting, conversion of the safety enclosure is required in order to obtain CE certification.
