BOY did not only surprise the trade visitors with its first participation in the Mexican plastics exhibition Expo Plasticos in Guadalajara. With the presentation of two producing BOY injection moulding machines - a BOY 25 E and a compact BOY XS - the Mexican BOY representation Inyecteck set an exclamation mark. "We see the ExpoPlasticos as an event where more contacts and deals are established than at the Plastimagen in Mexico City," is the preliminary conclusion of Alejandro Andrade, Director of Inyecteck. The exhibition team was very satisfied with the high amount of attention at the Expo Plasticos. According to Gerardo Moreno, Sales Manager, the numerous discussions allow the expectations of a positive after fair business.

During the three days of the fair, a BOY 25 E (250 kN clamping force) produced plastic lids made of PP. This brand-new injection moulding machine was already sold before the start of the fair in Mexico and the buyer was able to watch the machine operating on site. According to BOY, the BOY 25 E is based on the experience of more than 25,000 machines of this series which have been delivered since 1968. It is characterized by highest precision and reliability. With a 1.8 m2 footprint, the extremely compact injection moulding machine is simple, clear and ergonomically designed. The free-standing clamping unit allows better accessibility and automation.
The BOY XS with a clamping force of 100 kN particularly impressed visitors with its compact design. Plastic components with an injection weight of up to 9.3 g can be produced extremely economically and precisely on this machine.
For the next Expo Plasticos in spring of 2020, Inyecteck is aiming at an even greater trade fair presence. The BOY representation has already set the course and its sales team is confident to expand the market share in Mexico.
