K 2019, the world's most important rubber and plastics industry exhibition will again open at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center in Germany. This year's show is expected to bring together more than 3,000 exhibitors from more than 60 countries and regions, attracting more than 250,000 professional visitors worldwide.
As a provider of advanced molding solutions, Yizumi actively connects with advanced molding technology in Europe, deeply explores the development and application of new materials and new processes, and strives to provide more competitive solutions for customers' future development.
To meet the automotive industry's application needs, Yizumi developed the ReactPro polyurethane in-mold coating solution. Following the successful debut at Chinaplas 2019, ReactPro will be showcased at the K 2019.
The Yizumi UN500DP two-platen injection molding machine, equipped with SmartClamp intelligent clamping system, integrating Frimo PU system and InPUR“ 1+2” mold technology, realize one-step molding of automotive engine cover with partially high-gloss surface.
Compare with traditional coating process, Yizumi ReactPro reduces production steps, greatly saved costs and can avoid environmental pollution caused by coating process. The solution is mainly used in the upgrading of automobile interior parts, bringing better texture and more high-quality surface finishing. Meawhile there are also huge application potentials in the fields of 3C electronics and home appliances.
It is worth mentioning that the Yizumi German subsidiary's innovative product, SpaceA flexible additive manufacturing system, will also be integrated into the solution to achieve customized and large-scale hybrid production. Additive manufacturing technology (commonly known as "3D printing") has been used in product prototyping in the past, and even has a certain competitive relationship with the injection molding process. Now the combination of the two will provide new application potentials for customers. A different SpaceA application will also be exhibited at IKV booth.
In the field of thin-walled packaging, Yizumi is committed to becoming the best cost-effective system solution provider with years of technical accumulation. At this year's K show, we are presenting one of the fastest applications in the field. Yizumi PAC series of thin-walled injection molding system solution will continue to focus on in-mold labeling (IML), with PAC200 machine, Yizumi 4-cavity mold and in-mold labeling system.
At K 2019, Yizumi is also making a right step into the circular economy. A new technology - Direct Compounding Injection Molding (DCIM) – will make its debut at the event. The system which is ideal for biopolymers processing and reduces CO2 emission in the whole value chain can open fantastic new possibilities for plastics processors worldwide.
Under the trend of industry 4.0, connectivity is ubiquitous. At the K show, the Yizumi Industrial Internet Platform (IIoT) is also a highlight. Aimed at the polymer molding and metal forming industries, the platform focuses on the production management; it applies the new generation of information technology such as Internet of Things, cloud computing and big data in a bid to resolve the sensitive issues of production improving production efficiency and product quality. The Yizumi platform can significantly reduce the technical threshold, construction and operational costs for customers to achieve intelligent production.
The K 2019 will open at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center in Germany on October 16 and continue until October 23. For more information about Yizumi products and advanced technological solutions, please visit the Yizumi injection molding machine booth.
