With a distance between tie-bars of 1,020 millimetres, FEM-optimised mounting platens and GESTICA control system as standard, the new size is designed to handle maximum loads.
In addition, Arburg has its new largest injection unit 7000, which enables shot weights of around 4,200 g PS and also significantly expands the application range of our ALLROUNDERs in the area of packaging.
The new injection unit utilises optimised, modular drive technology that enables injection speeds of up to 500 mm/s. The injection unit can be pivoted and consists of proven, standardised components. This makes maintenance efficient and ensures high machine availability.
