Teel offers injection molding services to complement its extrusion business. The company takes a Scientific Molding approach to part and process development ensuring it can create the best part at the lowest manufactured cost.
Teel has chosen to partner with Arburg as its primary provider of injection molding technology. The four machines are ranging from 110 to 350 ton. They have automated packaging capability and feature robots for part removal.
Teel currently runs parts from four to sixty-four cavities with hot and cold runner systems. The molds are precisely temperature controlled to minimize part-to-part variation. The company even has the capability to do mold automation and overmolding.
All the machines are capable of lights-out production and can run any material, from PP to PEEK.
Teel has a team of dedicated and experienced engineers that are capable of working with customer's team on part design, development, and realization. These specialists follow a “design for manufacturability” philosophy and make sure parts are developed that work right the first time without the need for costly mold revisions.
