ENGEL will not actively participate in the Fakuma in the usual manner this year. The board of management made this decision considering the unforeseeable further development of the Corona pandemic.
The company bears responsibility for the health and safety of both their employees and booth visitors. Even with a strict hygiene concept and a limited number of trade fair visitors per day, no one can rule out the risk of infection with Covid-19.
For ENGEL, Fakuma is a very important innovation trade fair and of great importance for the interaction with the customers, interested parties and partners. The decision is extremely difficult but protecting the health of each individual is the highest priority.
Even without an active participation at the trade fair, the company is of course available to the customers at any time. ENGEL will be presenting innovations this autumn of 2020 in other, individual ways.
ENGEL is looking forward to a reunion in the familiar atmosphere of Friedrichshafen next year.
