G&F Precision Molding, a Massachusetts firm specializing in silicone and plastic injection molding, announces their acquisition of Form Tech Tool & Mold. Headquartered in Biddeford, Maine, Form Tech was founded in 1990 and provides precision injection molds and manufacturing and engineering support to the medical device industry.

Argitis, president and CEO of G&F Precision Molding. “We’ve had a great relationship with Form Tech for many years and this will be a step forward in G&F’s continuing mission to vertically integrate, invest back into our business and provide more options and better service to our customers.”

Under the new ownership, the company will be re-named Form Tech Mold and Engineering. They will maintain operations in Biddeford under the leadership of Michael Lamontagne and continue to support the entire molding industry with in-house mold design and build, prototyping and engineering services.
