VM Verlag Publishing House took on the role of coorganizer of the IX International Polymer Technology Forum (IPTF) that was held in Saint-Petersburg, Russia May 25-26, 2021.

The show brought together 302 polymer specialists from Russia and neighboring countries as well as Western Europe and the USA. The last edition of IPTF could boast the record-breaking number of participants partially due to the post-lockdown revival in the industry with many insiders starving for offline communication, but also due to the very effective format chosen.
There were 40 presentations made as part of the plenary session and in panels, covering all the main trends in the present-day plastics-processing industry. Several participating companies brought their mobile stands and even machine exhibits with them in order promote their achievements.
After two days of "theory" all the willing visitors were treated to some practice — there were guided tours to several manufacturing sites, located in Saint-Petersburg.
The show was a huge success and many participants expressed their intention to visit IPTF-2022.
