moton-colortronic, a German manufacturer of systems for sustainable raw material handling for injection moulding, blow moulding, extrusion and compounding has released its latest systems and services at PLASTPOL.
The company launched a new remote maintenance system that brings a new level of ease to remote conveying, drying and dosing system maintenance. It does not require any special programming skills, proprietary hard or software modules or complex firewall configurations.
It is designed to enable operators to identify faults at all times with a minimum of effort. Instead of deploying a technician or having to contact the system manufacturer for assistance, the system can be used to remotely analyse the entire system for faults through the internet or Intranet from a PC and identify the fault's cause, reducing cost and time.
Detlev Schmidt, motan-colortronic's Sales Director in Isny, said: "Our aim at this year's PLASTPOL was to give visitors a well-rounded overview of the full spectrum of products and services we offer. That is, from the advice we provide, to commissioning a system and to our after-sales-service - whether that's for individual units or complex system.”
