Chinese metal injection moulding producer Zoltrix to increase production capacity

China’s Metal Injection Moulding industry has grown tremendously over the past decade, in part as a result of the huge demand from the consumer electronics sector. Zoltrix Material International Limited, based in the Nansha district of Guangzhou, has reported that it is now increasing capacity in order to grow its presence in the automotive, medical and smart wearable sectors.
The company has a strong track record in the high volume production of aesthetic components for the consumer electronics and luxury markets and has been manufacturing MIM parts since the mind 1990s.
Zoltrix, which operates more the 250 injection molding machines, told PIM International that three new continuous sintering furnaces will be installed by the end of 2016.
Zoltrix is part of CN Innovations (CNI), a business of the Hong-Kong based Chung Nam Group of companies.
