From February 1, 2022, Emmanuel Breteau started as a Service Engineer for Stork IMM France. Emmanuel is already familiar with injection molding and has a lot of experience with injection molding machines. In the coming months he will complete an intensive internal training course at Stork’s head office in the Netherlands so that he can also get to know the Stork IMM injection molding machines.

From 1 May 2022, our former permanent service contact in France, Olivier Jacqueroux, will also return to Stork IMM and join the Stork IMM France team. Olivier and Emmanuel will redesign the French services together with the aim of optimal support for our customers. Naturally, they are fully supported in this from the Stork’s head office in the Netherlands. In addition to their active deployment in France, Olivier and Emmanuel will also be active in other French-speaking areas.
The joint knowledge of Olivier and Emmanuel will lead to enhanced local field service support and will offer Stork IMM the opportunity to expand relationships with existing and new customers.
Stork IMM injection molding machines are distinguished by their speed, robustness, availability, and perhaps the most importanly the high quality and excellent service. Stork IMM is going to take major steps by optimizing the French services.
In addition to redesigning the French services, Stork IMM has invested in a new service platform, which will make the processing of service orders run more smoothly.
From Sales, Wim Brinkman will work closely with Olivier and Emmanuel. He will further study the French language and Wim is also making preparations to settle permanently in France. Team Stork France will start visiting its French customers in the coming months and looks forward to intensifying existing relationships and starting new ones.
