This special BOLE 2,200 ton machine comes with tie bar pulling & locking device for easy mould change, magnet platen with quick mold change system, 22 sequence injection valves control and inline clamping force detecting device. This machine was special designed for automotive parts molding, like the front and rear bumpers. BOLE integrated tie bar pulling device, which is a hard unit usually used for two platen machine, in its heavy toggle machines, offering the customers with much quicker mold changing, especially for big and heavy mods like ones applied in production of automotive parts.
