Gluco evolved in a garage manufacturing model E5 benchtop top transfer presses that are still made today. Gluco manufacturers a full line of pneumatic compression and transfer presses.
Gluco also manufactures hydraulic presses, clamp tonnages range from 5 to 300 ton. Table configuration may be stationary, shuttle, or rotary. Injection units horizontal or vertical. Gluco's hydraulic presses are made to each customers' specifications.
Gluco is the exclusive distributor of Multiplas vertical molding machines. The company has worked with Multiplas for 20 years for sales, service, and spare parts. Multiplas is the largest vertical molding machine manufacture in all of Asia with headquarters / manufacturing in Taiwan and manufacturing facilities in China. Machines made for North America are manufactured in Taiwan. All these machines come with standard 460-3/60 main voltage and meet all ANSI and OSHA safety standards Vertical clamp tonnages range from 15 to 1000. The list of options includes stationary, shuttle, or rotary tables. Injection units may be horizontal or vertical, two or three color versions are available. Full turnkey work cells are available to include molding machines automation equipment, molds robotics and auxiliaries.
