SPVC: PVC return material, PP return material, copper core, impurities, etc.

SPVC recycled plastics are very special compared to common raw materials. SPVC is a kind of PVC, which is produced by ordinary suspension polymerization and is mainly used for manufacturing various soft products, pipes and profiles, and other hard products.

Generally speaking, as waste plastic, SPVC is a good raw material for recovery and recycling. However, it contains impurities such as copper cores, is highly corrosive during melting, and has poor flowability. Several factors present serious challenges for injection molding solutions.

Facing the specificity of raw materials, Tederic takes NEO-H550II two-platen IMM as the main body, relies on the advantages of the whole industrial chain system to crack problems, and extends the service life of the plasticized parts by using the new type of corrosion and wear-resistant screws.
