From 8 to 11 October, the Brno Exhibition Centre will host the MSV International Industrial Fair, which brings together professionals from all key sectors of the machinery and electrical engineering industry, with a focus on machining and forming.

Easytherm Range of Temperature Control Units
This range operates at temperatures from 90 to 250 °C. Specifically, the series includes:
• Open System – Up to 90 °C
• High Flow & High Pressure – Up to 140 °C
• Pressurised Water – Up to 180 °C
• Oil – Up to 250 °C.
For small frames, Thermal Care offers the possibility of adding a magnetic sludge remover, which treats the water process fluid and allows the separation and filtration of metal dust. In fact, filters and magnetic particle separators connected to the temperature control unit can contribute to the maintenance and cleaning of the mould cooling system, avoiding production waste and downtime.
C-20 DeDuster® for Dust, Streamers and Angel Hair Removal
Pelletron developed a cleaning machine that combines a variety of air wash principles, plus the revolutionary electro-static flux field feature, and built it with the lowest possible construction height. When electrostatically charged particles enter into the Magnetic Flux Field, the resulting “Lorentz Force” weakens the electro-static bond between fine dust and plastic pellets. This weakening, in combination with the air flow, allows the micro fine particles attracted to the pellet surfaces to be removed.
GMP Drying System
The GMP is a single or multi hopper drying system that can adapt and automatically control operating parameters such as temperature, dew point and flow rate of process air according to the detected production. A flow meter in the air supply line controls the air flow instantaneously, so that the air flow is automatically modulated by the drying unit, resulting in optimum process operating conditions and energy optimisation. Where many different raw materials need to be dried, a GMP dryer can be combined with a multi-hopper system. This provides a highly flexible and cost effective solution.
