For Moretto, it was five days full of meetings, new ideas and projects. Visitors showed considerable interest in energy-saving solutions without compromising on performance and technology. Fakuma was once again a successful event.
HYPER CUT granulator at Fakuma 2024 |
In an increasingly digitalized market, the exhibitions remain for Moretto an important showcase where experience new business relationships, information exchange and consolidate old and new collaborations. Listening to the needs of plastics processors and offering them the right solution to optimize performance and production processes by combining know-how, technology and advanced digitalization is what guided the Moretto team during the five days of the fair.
In an exhibition area of over 260 sqm, Moretto presented the whole production range attracting considerable interest and seeing recognized the level of excellence and attention to detail that Moretto involves in every project.
Among the novelties on show, HYPER CUT certainly struck the attention. It is a low speed, starve feeding granulator for grinding waste pieces, sprues and blowed parts. An unmatched versatility characterizes this robust granulator thanks to the rotor and cutting elements that can be configured for different customer applications. The motor power is discharged onto a single moving blade and three fixed blades. The 160-degree enlarged surface screen increases the GR productivity while reducing consumptions. HYPER CUT is characterised by an open rotor design that allows extraordinary accessibility to the heart of the granulator. Thanks to the servo-assisted opening of the cutting chamber and feed hopper, cleaning and maintenance activities are easy, convenient and safe for the operator.
In the drying area some Moretto exclusive solutions were presented such as the OTX hopper, the compact fully electric X COMB dryer and the innovative MOISTURE METER analyzer for measuring in real time the residual moisture content of plastic granules. Great focus was dedicated to dosing automations such as the gravimetric doser DGM GRAVIX. DGM GRAVIX 20, specifically designed for micro-dosing applications, has recently been added to the range. On display also DOLPHIN, the exclusive automatic manifold for material-machine allocation in plastics conveying plants, and SILCONTROL, to manage the loading of plastic granules into storage silos.
This is only a taste of the Moretto technologies presented at Fakuma.
For Moretto, the Fakuma show proved to be not only a great exhibition, but also a contact and sharing opportunity. A space where seeing the technology that characterizes the brand, the commitment to developing solutions that guarantee efficient and low energy consumption production processes.
