MD&M West 2025, which first launched in 1983, has grown into a premier exhibition representing the North American medical device and plastics manufacturing industries. This year's event featured 1,612 exhibitors from 52 countries and attracted approximately 15,000 attendees.

Showcasing 'the ONE-E' at MD&M West 2025
LS Mtron was exhibiting the 'The ONE 120E' injection molding machine at MD&M West 2025.
According to an LS Mtron representative, "The ONE-E is Korea's first ultra-high-speed, ultra-precise electric injection molding machine, boasting a dry cycle time of just 1.49 seconds, significantly enhancing productivity. We will be conducting live demonstrations using a golf tee mold manufactured in Korea, showcasing its incredible speed and efficiency to captivate visitors."
The 'the ONE-E' series, which currently includes 110/170/220/280/350 models, has been expanded with additional models ranging from 50/80/130/400, further reinforcing LS Mtron's commitment to product excellence and a diverse lineup.
Visitors could experience LS Mtron's state-of-the-art injection molding solutions firsthand at the Corporate Booth, where Hirate America was supporting booth operations and showcasing a variety of LS Mtron's equipment lineup.
Opening a New Chapter in North America with LS Mtron's Smart Injection Molding Solutions!
LS Mtron has long considered customer needs across multiple industries — automotive, home appliances, electronics, logistics, and packaging — as the foundation of its core technologies. Over the past decades, the company has sold more than 2,000 injection molding machines across North America. Now, MD&M West 2025 served as a launchpad for the company's next stage of growth.
Under the banner 'Made for Molders by Molders', LS Mtron is dedicated to promoting Korean engineering excellence in North America.
Charlie Hyun, Head of LS Mtron's Injection System Division, emphasized the company's ambitious goals, stating: "We aim to strengthen our position in the domestic market while accelerating sales expansion in North America, targeting a global revenue of 300 billion KRW. Specifically, we are making proactive investments to increase our brand awareness and secure a 20% market share in the U.S. and Mexico."
He added: "By participating in major international exhibitions such as MD&M West 2025, we plan to showcase our latest products and technologies while raising awareness of LS Mtron's superior engineering capabilities."
Last year, LS Mtron established a North American Tech Center in Texas to enhance customer support. In 2024, the company is expanding further by setting up a new Tech Center in Monterrey, Mexico, reinforcing its technical services and sales activities throughout the region.
From a research and development perspective, LS Mtron continues to innovate smart factory solutions tailored to customer needs, strengthening its electric injection molding machine and large hydraulic product lineups to maintain its competitive edge in the global market.
