The patented ITM technology for sprueless direct injection with integrated hydraulic valve gate nozzles is perfect for producing small gaskets with low waste and no sprue loss.
These temperature-controlled ITM (Injection Transfer Molding) pots enable many injection nozzles to be positioned close together, which is not possible with normal cold runner systems.
Special software is also used to be able to run appropriate injection profiles. The hydraulic surface ratios in the so-called transfer chamber and the article level below result in optimum compression molding and natural balancing, which can enable rework-free article production.
