With the new wiring test device H1210/…, HASCO has set new standards in the fast and reliable testing of hot runner moulds. The compact, battery-operated testing device recognises electrical connections such as heating elements, temperature sensors, earth faults, and wiring errors in the space of seconds – directly and unmistakably.

Thanks to the 7-inch touch display with colour view, an intuitive menu guide and exportable measurements in the .csv- or .xlsx-Format, the H1210/… offers maximum user friendliness accompanied by precise analysis. Data transfer is carried out easily via a USB interface directly onto a USB stick, enabling all the results to be processed quickly and easily.
Within less than five seconds, the device supplies valid measurements, and presents them both graphically and in table form – ideal for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quality testing before starting production.
One special feature is that the thresholds for identifying thermocouples and heating elements can be individually set (e.g. 16.5 Ω for thermocouples and 20 Ω for heating elements), which means that the device can respond flexibly to differing requirements and moulds.
The new testing device is not limited to HASCO-specific wiring systems, it is suitable for all common wiring specifications on the market. It reliably recognises and interprets all kinds of cabling standards – irrespective of the manufacturer. The test device is thus ideal for universal use.
In combination with the appropriate adapter cables H1211/… that are available for 16- and 24-pole plugs, the H1210/… fits seamlessly into the present HASCO system landscape and underlines the company’s claim of maximum availability, service-friendly solutions and certified quality.
