The CVe AC provides essential mold performance data through Bluetooth® pairing with smartphones, eliminating the need for wires or additional hardware. This device efficiently tracks historical cycle counts and time data, making it invaluable for troubleshooting quality issues and analyzing tool performance problems.
Ideal for OEMs and tooling managers responsible for large mold fleets across multiple locations, this compact device generates comprehensive reports for detailed analysis of performance metrics, preventive maintenance tracking, and efficiency data—all of which can be accessed through the user-friendly ProFile app when needed.

• Users can view the tool’s cycle count on the display while also wirelessly sending data to the cloud.
• QR code and unique serialization on each monitor align with a specific tool via ProFile.
• The ProFile app connects to the CVe-AC via Bluetooth to generate reports for key metrics, including Preventive Maintenance, Tool Locations, Activities, Efficiency, Cycle Time, and Parts per Hour. Additionally, user alerts can be set.
• Utilizes the ProFile web account: no wires, additional equipment, or annual subscription.
• Display orientation can be changed on the device for either A-side or B-side installation.
