During the trade fair, the BOY 80 Electric will demonstrate its particular suitability for medical technology by producing blood filters live – a sophisticated medical product with the highest demands on precision, cleanliness and process stability. The fully electric machine impresses with its exceptional repeat accuracy and sensitive control of all axes, which ensures consistently high component quality. Simultaneous movements significantly reduce cycle times without compromising precision. Another advantage is the electric ejector, which ensures that the components are demoulded parallel to the mould opening without a slip effect, thus reducing contamination from foreign substances.
The BOY 80 Electric impresses with its high energy efficiency, precise motion sequences and short cycle times. Thanks to its fully electric drive concept, the machine is particularly quiet, clean and resource-efficient.
