With the new Z084/… centring units, HASCO is expanding its range with a solution that enables high-precision and reliable centring of mould plates in toolmaking, thereby ensuring the long-term quality of components. The combination of tight tolerances and the integrated ball cage ensures precise alignment of the mould plates while significantly reducing the risk of damage to mould inserts – a clear advantage in terms of scrap, rework and downtime.

The tight h5/K5 fit enables a virtually backlash-free system, thereby increasing process reliability during operation. The aluminium ball cage also allows use in sensitive sectors such as the medical and food industries.
Furthermore, users benefit from a low-maintenance design, simple assembly and straightforward integration without the need for height adjustment, which reduces installation effort and speeds up commissioning. Designed for operating temperatures of up to 180 °C, the centring unit is ideally suited for demanding applications in modern mould making.
The Z084/… centring unit comprises the individual components Z0841/… and Z0842/…, which are also available separately if required. HASCO thus offers a robust and practical solution that enables mould makers to make their processes more efficient, safer and more cost-effective.
