From May 30th to June 2nd, at the international trade fair for die, model, and mould making, Meusburger presents both tried and trusted products and numerous innovations. The highlights at the Meusburger stand are: products to try out hands-on, a demonstration table for surface finishing equipment and the Meusburger technical tip video clips.
Product highlights for die and mould makers
As of April, many innovations for die and mould making are available at Meusburger. In the area of mould making new items such as the E 8630 Gear unit for stack moulds and the self-developed IsoTemp® high temperature hose will be presented. Die makers can look forward to the new products from the areas of active parts and cutting elements. For simple selection of the appropriate cutting punch, the standard parts manufacturer offers a special configurator which is equipped with new configuration options. Take the opportunity to have a closer look at the innovations and try them out directly at the Meusburger stand 6C17!
Tried and trusted classics from Meusburger
Besides a variety of innovations, Meusburger also exhibits their tried and trusted products at the Moulding Expo 2017. The multifunctional H 1000 Clamping system has revolutionised the manufacturing processes in mould making and stands for high efficiency. The tried and trusted system enables precise clamping of the plates with repeatable accuracy in the µ-range. The innovative H 4062 Assembly table can also be tried out at the Meusburger stand. Air cushions on the underside of the moveable plates enable a light and easy movement of the mould or die halves. Both mould or die halves are freely accessible without having to reposition or turn them around, enabling efficient operating.
Hands on surface finishing equipment
At the product demonstration table, application engineers are available for questions, requests, and expert discussion on the topic of surface finishing equipment. Visitors can learn about technical uses and try out yourself all devices and products themselves.
