HRSflow performance had a great success on Automotive TECH Day that took place on June, 8 at SA Engineering Technology Center in Livonia (Michigan).
The event, entitled “Melt Management Solutions For Class “A” Surface Finish. Dimensional Stability and Family Molds" , covered a 360-degree view of the Injection Molding Process presented by professionals from the plastics industry:
- HRSflow
- ENGEL
- LyondellBasell
- Nolax
Innovation and technology were the main drivers of the event: all the presentations included a wide range of products and applications, as well as innovative solutions for class “A” surface finish.
4 technical sessions, 2 live molding demonstrations and several networking occasions. Visitors to the TECH Day had the opportunity to talk with the professionals to take away some key ideas for their own production and get a closer look at our FLEXflow Technology.
In the afternoon 2 Live Molding Demonstrations took place:
- Chrome Plated Grille on 600 - ton ENGEL IMM Innovative solution for dimensional stability in a family mold.
- Automotive Spoiler on 1000 – ton ENGEL IMM. Optimal pressure distribution, improved surface quality aesthetics, reduced clamping force and part weight.
