At Fakuma 2017, KraussMaffei and Netstal will present ground-breaking technology solutions for injection molding and reaction process machinery. KraussMaffei will demonstrate the maximum flexibility and productivity of an all-electric and a hydraulic injection molding machine with exhibits from the new PX series and CX series, for example with Flip-Top closures, silicone processing and the design of demanding surfaces. Using the example of coffee capsules, Netstal will highlight the benefits of the co-injection process for the injection molding of thin-walled aroma protection packagings. New economical solutions for polyurethane processing and the manufacture of composite components suitable for large series production will be the focus of the KraussMaffei Reaction Process Machinery segment.
The trade fair appearance will include the presentation of current Plastics 4.0 solutions. KraussMaffei and Netstal will thus show for the first time new software specifically tailored to injection molding processing that ensures greater transparency and therefore efficiency in production.
