New efficiency standards for the highly-integrated production of beverage caps: this production cell produces 26mm caps made of HDPE. The system demonstrates its outstanding energy efficiency and maximum process stability. The foundation of the highly-integrated solution is an all-electric ENGEL e-cap 2440/380 injection moulding machine with a clamping force of 3,800 kN.
