Automatic injection molding of contactplugs with automatic handling 4 x 4 inserts

Fully automatic production of contact plugs in a 4 cavity mold. Each contact plugs features 1 assembly plate, 2 bushings, and a 3-type flat pin. The prodiuction cell contains all process steps: from separating of inserts and welding of pins to a final quality check.
