The use of a linear robotic system MULTILIFT V with a dynamic mould-entry axis achieves an increase in production of more than 1.2 million beakers in this practical example.
Compared to a standard mould-entry axis the entry time is being reduced by 38 % to 0.82 s. The cycle time is being optimized by 12 % to 3.56 s. The mould-entry axis speed reaches up to 4.000 mm/s with a max. acceleration of 20m/s².
