HASCO’s heavy-duty lubricant spray Z2610/... has many uses in injection moulding and punching tools in the food and pharmaceutical industries for the lubrication of ejectors, pillars, slide bars and all moving and sliding mould elements.
With the NSF H1 certification and compliance with the FDA purity requirements, according to regulation 21 CFR 178.3570, this product is particularly suitable for use at lubricating points in which direct contact with foodstuffs cannot be excluded. Apart from that, it is recommended for use in anti-friction and slide bearings. Also, with its excellent lubricating effect, the spray stands out because of its resistance to water and its high temperature resistance.
Anti-corrosion spray Z2620/...
The universal anti-corrosion spray Z2620/... with outstanding long-term effect is suitable for all metal materials, for example for the preservation of mould parts for dispatch, after electroplating or washing processes. Plastics and mineral-oil resistant seals are not attacked by the anti-corrosion spray.
The good penetrability also guarantees the preservation of difficulty accessible areas. Moisture is effectively combated. Users can be happy that the wax-containing protective film does not have to be removed before working with the moulds. The multi-purpose cleaner spray Z2630/... is a universal special cleaner for machine and mould parts that evaporates without leaving behind any residues. The combination of highly effective and modern active ingredients stands out with its mild odour, good material compatibility and outstanding dissolving action against stubborn dirt and grease. NSF registration A1.
Assembly paste Z2660/...
The metal-based assembly paste Z2660/... reliably prevents, through separation of the friction partners, the seizing-up and/or rusting-up of mould components in injection moulding or die-casting tools. Also, the formation of frictional corrosion is effectively prevented. The paste has high media resistance, is free of MoS2 and nickel, and can be used at temperatures between -180 °C and +1200 °C. In this respect, it is particularly suitable for improving heat transfer in cartridge heaters or heat-conducting cartridges. The assembly paste is also water and salt-resistant. An integrated brush (Z2660/480x1) and a fine dosage attachment (Z2660/100x19) enable flexible application.
Creep-fine oil spray Z2670/...
The all-synthetic creep-fine oil spray Z2670/... has been developed especially for the protection, care and lubrication of mechanical components. It is particularly suitable wherever oil lubrication is preferred, for example with ejectors, slide bars and all bearings on injection moulding and punching tools. The spray is noted for its outstanding creep properties and enables the release of seized-up parts. In addition to the general anti-corrosion properties, the spray also protects, for example, stainless steel surfaces from fingerprints and can be used for the care of plastics. The spray consists of synthetic basic oils and selected additives, which comply with the strict requirements of the foodstuff industry. With the NSF H1 certification and compliance with the FDA purity requirements, according to regulation 21 CFR 178.3570, this product is particularly suitable for cases in which direct food contact cannot be excluded.
The new chemical working substances from HASCO are produced in Germany, are subject to the strictest of controls with regard to production and raw materials, and are produced without mineral oils.
