HASCO enjoys a worldwide reputation as a specialist for the development and manufacture of high-performance hot runner solutions. Working on the basis of its brand values of agility, innovation, simplicity and performance, HASCO has substantially restructured and continually expanded its Hot Runner Division over the past three years. As part of this process, a large number of new employees have been taken on, investments made in machinery and plants, and the product portfolio extended. These measures have led to a clear growth in sales and hence to a strengthening of the company's market position in the highly competitive hot runner market.
In a bid to tap additional market and sales potential, HASCO is investing in the further expansion of its hot runner production capacities. A high-precision NLX-series lathe from DMG Mori and a Studer cylindrical grinding machine have been added to the machine fleet at the company's Guntramsdorf site in Austria. This opens up additional machining options and allows the production of complex precision components for hot runner nozzles.
This investment marks HASCO's response to the challenges of the market: customers are increasingly demanding individual hot runner solutions that are precisely tailored to the application in question. And, with its competent team and comprehensively extended machine fleet, these solutions are exactly what HASCO is able to develop and implement.
"These additional machines will put us in a position to respond even more precisely to individual customer requirements and to implement them even more rapidly," says Florian Larisch, manager of the Hot Runner Division at HASCO. A further advantage for HASCO customers is the improved availability of hot runner components and a guarantee of very short delivery times.
