Chinaplas 2019 - Factory of the Future for Injection Molding Industry

After about one year preparation, iPlast 4.0 is pleased to share a closer look of this coming “Industry 4.0 Factory of Future,” the con-current event of Chinaplas 2019.
During Chinaplas 2016-18, the “Industry 4.0 Conference” was a concurrent event organised by Adsale and VDMA and showcased the best practices to inspire smart manufacturing in end-user sectors.
To continue promoting Industry 4.0 at CHINAPLAS, Adsale, iPlast 4.0, EUROMAP and VDMA co-organise a new concurrent event - “Industry 4.0 Factory of the Future” during CHINAPLAS 2019.
This concurrent event locates in Hall 4.2 and will demonstrate how the future factory will function and the benefits brought by Industry 4.0 and digitalisation in manufacturing. There will be two displays:
(A) Manufacturing Intelligence Control Room (Viewing Deck outside Hall 4.2), which will live-stream data from machines operating onsite at CHINAPLAS 2019 and from factories in Asia and Europe, and
(B) Smart Factory (Hall 4.2 D07), which simulates the future manufacturing work environment.
Every day during the exhibition, 10 scenarios covering Industry 4.0 solutions for Production Shop Floor, Enterprise and Supply Chain Management will be presented in the Manufacturing Intelligence Control Room (Viewing Deck outside Hall).
Besides, two online assessment tools will be available for visitors. They are Online Injection Moulding 4.0 Readiness Check for enterprises and Online Smart Worker Skills Assessment for Practitioners.
