Injection moulding machine manufacturer at the Elmia in Sweden
At the four-day ELMIA plastics trade fair in Jönköping (10 - 13 May), the German manufacturer of injection moulding machines with clamping forces of up to 1,250 kN is continuing its presence on the Scandinavian market. A BOY 22 A PRO produces a check-card made of PS at booth of BOY's Swedish representative AWI Maskin AB. This card shows different textures, presenting the user a wide variety of surface design possibilities on this injection-moulded sample part. In addition, the check-card is a practical tool to measure lengths, radii and angles on manufactured injection-moulded parts.
The BOY 22 A PRO injection moulding machine with a clamping force of 220 kN and a very compact footprint of 1.85 m² is equipped with a cantilevered two-platen clamping unit for easy accessibility (tie bar distance 254 mm) and individual extensions / automation equipment.
The construction of the machines in this clamping force class is simple, clear and ergonomic and more than 25.000 units of this type of machines have already been produced. Three different sizes of injection units with a total of seven different screw diameters (14 – 32 mm) offer a wide range of individual equipment options. In addition, there is an extensive range of options that further increase the performance spectrum of the BOY 22 A PRO.
Particularly notable are the optional integrated handling-interface with an integral-picker that can be positioned under the safety gate and the optional handling-interface (EUROMAP 12).
