On 26 July 2022 SACMI opened the doors of its new regional headquarters in Mumbai dedicated to the Rigid Packaging Business. Customers, authorities and SACMI board members attended the opening event.
There are 154 high-level technicians at the new headquarters, which is a local technology and service hub for all customers. This also includes sales, technical support, training, and direct sales of original spare parts which are always available, as well as two offices in Morbi and Ahmadabad, Gujarat.

Paolo Mongardi, President of SACMI, states: “By demonstrating the positive appreciation for providing better and faster service to customers, the new regional office confirms the success the company has enjoyed in India since 1982. This growth is the result of an effective synergy between the parent company, SACMI Imola, and our local colleagues”.
