At Plastindia 2023 (1st – 5th February in New Delhi), BOY's Indian representative Karan Engineering Co. will present an LSR application on a BOY 50 E. Baby bottle nipples will be manufactured on a 12-cavity mould on the BOY injection moulding machine with 500 kN clamping force.

The injection moulding machine with a cantilevered two-platen clamping unit is characterised in particular by precision, high performance as well as smooth running and a compact design. The footprint of a BOY 50 E (3.25 m²) is significantly reduced compared to conventional machine concepts with a three-platen principle. The servo-motor pump drive of the E series ensures a smooth and energy-saving operation with high efficiency. Many plasticising units for thermoplastics, thermosets, LSR and elastomers are available for the BOY 50 E with a wide range of screw diameters (18 - 42 mm).
