On July 21st, the fifth batch of "Little Giant" firms was launched by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the PRC and YIZUMI Rubber Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as YIZUMI RIM) is on the list.

The factory of YIUZMI RIM

The "Little Giant" is organized by the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to further implement the Guidelines on Promoting the Healthy Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises by the State Council, and to promote the big projects for helping small and medium-sized enterprises develop in a better way. The SRDI "Little Giant" enterprises refer to those that are specialized, refined, differential, and innovative. The national "Little Giant" is the highest level of SRDI honors. The "Little Giant" enterprises are the best among SRDI small and medium-sized enterprises.

YIZUMI RIM is a subsidiary of YIZUMI Holdings, established in 2009, and is a drafting unit of two national standards in the rubber injection molding industry.

YIZUMI RIM closely follows the technology development strategy to take root in the field of new molding technologies and equipment of rubber and plastic materials and their composite systems. We deepen the cooperation with academies and research institutes, and develop green, low-carbon, energy-saving and eco-friendly technologies to further enhance our leading competitive advantage in the field of polymer molding technology and equipment.

Adhering to the principle of embracing and sharing, YIZUMI RIM cooperates with Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences in Germany and establishes a joint research and development center with Qingdao University of Science & Technology to study the model of stress field, velocity field and temperature field of rubber materials in plasticizing injection systems, providing technical support for the design of special new material molding equipment.

YIZUMI RIM has also cooperated with the National Engineering Research Center of Novel Equipment for Polymer Processing of South China University of Technology in the project of "Research on New Rubber Molding Technology Based on Dynamic Force Field", accelerating the transformation of laboratory research results into industrial applications and helping YIZUMI's innovative development.

Rubber and Plastic Molding Forum

In April of this year, YIZUMI RIM jointly held a rubber and plastic molding forum with national engineering research centers, national industry associations, and ministerial and provincial key laboratories at YIZUMI CONNECT 2023. The forum focused on hot topics in industry development, discussed the innovation and application of rubber and plastic molding technology under new situations, and aimed to promote the progress and development of China's rubber and plastic molding technology.

YIZUMI RIM's leading products adopt six core technologies, including intelligent manufacturing, energy and temperature management system, equipment control and management software cloud platform, injection, mold clamping, and industry application, to achieve green, modular, intelligent and lean rubber injection molding solutions.

YIZUMI RIM has jointly established multiple R&D innovation platforms with universities and research institutes, making full use of its resources and focusing on rubber injection molding solutions. Among them, many state-of-the-art solutions can economically and efficiently meet diversified needs, create ideal Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for customers, and set an example for the industry.

YIZUMI RIM attaches great importance to technological innovation and R&D, and has successively won many honors, such as 9 invention patents, 29 utility model patents, 4 Class I self-developed high-value patents, 1 China Patent Excellence Award, and 1 China Science and Technology Award.
